World Changers Program

The College Is Not Mandatory

Today’s young adults have endless career opportunities and yet have very limited knowledge as to what is available to them. They also struggle to find careers that are meaningful for them, often spending time and money unnecessarily because they do not understand how to find a career path that matters to them.

The College Is Not Mandatory World Changers Career Program™ is a comprehensive and multi-faceted career identification curriculum for teens and young adults age 15-24. With this program, students are able to make better informed decisions about their future and develop the confidence and self-belief to pursue their goals.

World Changers is an innovative coaching program that encourages students to explore their potential and design how they want to make an impact on the world.

Whether in the 1-1 or small group setting, this program includes three modules:

Career Foundations: This module introduces students to the 16 career clusters and helps them narrow the field of choices based on their personal values, aptitudes, and passions.

Career Discovery: This module makes the career search more personal with a focus on personal values, lifestyle, and mindset. Participants will identify which career cluster(s) most interest them and then research each one to identify particular career interests from entry-level to advanced.

Career Planning: This module introduces the process for developing a comprehensive, personal post-graduation plan. The material briefly covers career identification and then goes deeper into building specific plans for each career the student is interested in. Emphasis is placed on developing alternate pathways to achieve education/training for each career, with a focus on what can be done in high school as well as on the student’s own time outside of the school day.
