HOW DO WE DO THIS?
The Sua Via Academy works 1-1 with each client to ensure they are building their own path to success.

We host weekly or bi-weekly custom 1-1 career coaching sessions with a certified, experienced coach that includes:

Intentional focus on each clients interests, values and aptitudes

Career and education goal setting

Detailed conversations around each clients current state and what it will take to achieve their goals

A safe space for each client to explore their ideas, passions and dreams
We guide each client as they develop their own Career Pathway Development plan which will include: ​

Researched and current details about the growth and regional opportunities for up to 2 career choices

Specific education and training options suitable for career- required skill development and training

Skill development and experience options (internships, apprenticeships, certification programs, high school course options)

Outline of investment (tuition, housing, scholarships, etc.)​
