What is the Creative Education Solutions
Career Development Facilitator Certification Program?
The Creative Education Solutions Career Facilitator Certification Program is an NCDA-approved Facilitating Career Development (FCD) training designed for professionals who guide others through career planning, exploration, and decision-making.
Participants will complete 120 hours of instruction and practice, meeting the requirements for applying to either:

NCDA’s Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP)

CCE’s Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)
This course is designed specifically for school counselors, educators, workforce professionals, and career coaches who want to deepen their knowledge and improve the impact of their career guidance efforts.

Format: Hybrid, Online, and Custom options available
Length: 12 weeks (Hybrid and Online)
Manual: NCDA Manual required (purchased separately)
Tuition: $1,500 (hybrid and online) - $1,750 (custom individual) - Custom Group: Discounts apply.

Coming Spring 2026: Charleston Weekend CDF Retreat: All 24 required in-person hours in one weekend, online platform for the rest of the required 120 hours.

Stephanie Haynes, PCC, GCDF, CCSP, SCDA, is a certified NCDA and Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) Facilitating Career Development Instructor with 20+ years of experience in education and coaching.
A former teacher and instructional leader, she now equips professionals to guide youth through meaningful career planning.
She is the creator of World Changers Academy and author of College Is Not Mandatory.
Stephanie brings warmth, clarity, and real-world insight to every training—and is passionate about supporting others as they earn their CCSP/GCDF credential.
