What is the Creative Education Solutions
Career Development Facilitator Certification Program?
The Creative Education Solutions Career Facilitator Certification Program is an NCDA-approved Facilitating Career Development (FCD) training designed for professionals who guide others through career planning, exploration, and decision-making.
Participants will complete 120 hours of instruction and practice, meeting the requirements for applying to either:

CCE’s Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)
This course is designed specifically for school counselors, educators, workforce professionals, and career coaches who want to deepen their knowledge and improve the impact of their career guidance efforts.

A former teacher and instructional leader, she now equips professionals to guide youth through meaningful career planning.
She is the creator of World Changers Academy and author of College Is Not Mandatory.
