What is the Creative Education Solutions
Career Development Facilitator Certification Program?
The Creative Education Solutions Career Facilitator Certification Program offers Hybrid, Asynchronous, and Custom courses.
Hybrid (24 hrs face-to-face) courses are aligned with the training requirements for applying for:

NCDA’s Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) AND
-
CCE’s Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)
Asynchronous Courses are aligned with the training requirements for applying for the GCDF only.
Custom Courses may be developed to meet the requirements of one or both organizations.
All courses will meet the minimum 120 hour training requirement for both the NCDA and CCE.
Students wishing to apply for their CCSP Credential or GCDF Credential must meet additional requirements set forth by each institution (see links below):
This course is designed specifically for school counselors, educators, workforce professionals, and career coaches who want to deepen their knowledge and improve the impact of their career guidance efforts.

Stephanie Haynes, PCC, GCDF, CCSP, SCDA, is a certified NCDA and Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) Facilitating Career Development Instructor with 20+ years of experience in education and coaching.
A former teacher and instructional leader, she now equips professionals to guide youth through meaningful career planning.
She is the creator of World Changers Academy and author of College Is Not Mandatory.
Stephanie brings warmth, clarity, and real-world insight to every training—and is passionate about supporting others as they earn their CCSP/GCDF credential.
