Sua Via (SOO-ah VEE-ah) is Latin for "their own way".

Every Student Deserves a Clear Path Forward

Every student deserves more than a diploma.

They deserve direction.

Sua Via helps schools create meaningful connections between education, career readiness, and life after graduation.

Through consulting, coaching, training, and career development expertise, Sua Via guides schools, counselors, and students toward greater clarity, confidence, and opportunity.

A Path of Your Own

My name is Stephanie Haynes

Look at the Lowcountry from above, and you'll see it: a network of tidal creeks bending through the marsh, each one finding its own way to open water.

None of them runs straight.

All of them get there.

In Latin, sua via means "their own way", the road that belongs to a single traveler. I built this practice around the same idea. There is no single right path after high school.

College is one route. So are trade school, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, gap years, military service, certifications, and creative careers.

All real. All viable. All too often overlooked.

When students are handed only one map, the ones whose strengths point elsewhere get told they're lost. They're not lost. They just need a different map!

How we can help.

Sua Via exists to help students find their path forward by helping the adults and systems that support them.

Founded by Stephanie Haynes, Sua Via combines career development expertise, educational experience, coaching, and pathway development strategy to help schools build opportunities that lead to meaningful postsecondary outcomes.

Whom we work with.

Schools

Career Pathway Development for public and private  schools

Schools do not need another program. They need alignment. Sua Via helps school leaders strengthen the connection between counseling, instruction, workforce opportunities, postsecondary planning, and student career development.

Couselors

Supporting School Counselors, CTE directors, and teachers, Who Provide Vital Career Guidance

School counselors are asked to navigate increasingly complex career development conversations. Sua Via helps schools equip counselors with additional knowledge, confidence, and support around:
• Career exploration
• Postsecondary planning
• Workforce pathways
• Certifications and apprenticeships
• Career readiness conversations
This work typically occurs through school and district partnerships.

Students

Find Your Path Forward

Choosing what comes next can feel overwhelming. Through career exploration and individualized guidance, Sua Via helps students better understand themselves, explore opportunities, evaluate their options, and create a clearer sense of direction. Rather than focusing on choosing a single "forever career," the process is designed to help students build confidence, gain clarity, and identify the next right step on their journey forward.
