If you’re tired of the tension around your teen’s future, I created this program for you.
You want your teen to feel motivated and prepared. You are not asking for perfection, just a real plan that fits who they are and gives them something to work toward. But when conversations about the future lead to stress or shutdowns, it can be hard to know how to help.
That’s where World Changers Academy comes in. This career planning program for high school students helps teens build a future they believe in and helps parents finally breathe easier.

What Is the World Changers Academy?
World Changers Academy is a 12-week online career development program designed for high school students and recent graduates who are unsure about their next steps. Whether they are totally unmotivated or just lacking direction, this program offers the structure and support they need to move forward with confidence.
Here’s how it works:
Weekly digital modules that your teen can complete on their own schedule
Six one-on-one coaching sessions with me (virtual, with in-person options for local students)
Clear assignments and guided exercises to help them reflect, explore, and take action
We kick off the fall cohort on September 15, and the program runs through November 21.
To ensure each student receives personalized support, I only accept 12 students per cohort.
What Teens Get Out of It
Most teens begin the program unsure of what they want and overwhelmed by the pressure to figure it all out. But by the end, they walk away with three powerful outcomes:
Clarity
They identify what matters most to them, their values, interests, strengths, and personal definition of success.
Confidence
They learn how to make informed choices, advocate for themselves, and take the lead in planning their future.
A Real Plan
They finish with a step-by-step career development plan that reflects who they are and where they want to go.
Additional benefits include:
Exploring career paths that align with their interests
Evaluating real-world options like college, trades, entrepreneurship, or service
Learning how to set goals and follow through
Gaining tools they can use throughout high school and beyond
This is not just another “what do you want to be when you grow up” conversation. It is a process that equips your teen with the mindset and skills to build a future they are excited about.
What Parents Are Saying
Here is what some past families have shared:
“A wealth of information to help guide teenagers on their path to a career.”
– Tony and Nicole, Parents of two high school students
“I feel like I actually have a direction in which I can point my sons. Before, I had no clue, but now I have so many more opportunities to talk with them about.”
“Wow! Stephanie really opened my eyes to all the opportunities out there for our kids after they finish high school. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I wish I’d known about all this with my older son!”
This is not another task for you to manage. It is a solution. Parents often tell me that the program gave them relief, clarity, and a new way to communicate with their teen. You do not have to carry the weight of your teen’s future alone.
Encouragement for Families
Your teen does not need to have it all figured out. They just need the tools and support to take the next step.
If your family is craving less stress and more direction this fall, World Changers Academy is a great place to start.
